- Liam has secured and delivered multi-million euro contracts throughout his career, making him a recognised authority on the complex procurement landscapes of public and private healthcare systems across Europe, the UK, and Ireland. His deep expertise spans critical entities such as the NHS and the HSE, where he has played a key role in aligning provider capabilities with healthcare system demands.

- Mary Hughes, PGC, is the Key Accounts Director of FuturMed Solutions. Mary has a demonstrated track record of success in the management of Blue Chip accounts, ensuring the efficient delivery of services to partners while also adhering to ethical standards and compliance requirements. Her strategic oversight ensures that partners receive not only financial results but also long-term value and trust.

Damian Dollard
Lead Clinical Advisor - Crisis Management
- Damien Dollard is a seasoned professional in Crisis, Emergency, and Disaster Management, widely recognised for his leadership and operational expertise in high-pressure, mission-critical environments. His distinguished career spans frontline emergency care and strategic education roles, including service within statutory health services as an operational Paramedic where he contributed to shaping national governance standards in clinical education and operational readiness.
- In addition, Damien has extensive experience as a pre hospital educator and an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer for both statutory and voluntary services where he shares his extensive knowledge and field experience with the next generation of healthcare professionals. His academic involvement reflects a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, clinical excellence, and workforce development in the healthcare and emergency response sectors .
